D · INCIDENT RESPONSE
5 MIN — Disconnect wallet. Revoke all approvals. Move funds to fresh cold wallet. Screenshot everything.
1 HR — Notify exchange. File reports (FBI IC3, Etherscan, bot). Alert contacts. Trace on explorer for clustering intel.
24 HR — Decontaminate device if malware suspected. Rotate all sessions. Audit remaining allowances. Teach one other person what happened.
