Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 · APPLIES TO PNTHR AND ALL SUBPAGES
THE SHORT VERSION
PNTHR is built privacy-first by architecture, not policy afterthought: your account, watchlist, calls, gems, and uploaded avatar live in your browser's local storage on your device. We run no accounts database, and we do not receive your name, email content, or browsing history.
WHAT WE STORE, AND WHERE
Everything you create on PNTHR — your profile (display name, avatar image), watchlist, coin calls, gems, streaks, badges, premium-trial state, tips preference, and the private-beta waitlist email you type in — is saved in your browser via localStorage. Clearing your browser storage deletes all of it, permanently. We cannot recover it because we never had it.
Signing in through Privy (email, Google, X, or wallet) creates an identity reference in your browser. Privy, not PNTHR, holds the authentication record under its own privacy policy.
WHAT WE NEVER COLLECT
We do not collect your private keys or seed phrases — we cannot: PNTHR never asks for them, and read-only means read-only.
We do not request signatures or transactions that move funds. Coin and NFT holdings displayed on the site are read from public blockchain data and are never moved or touched.
THIRD-PARTY DATA SOURCES
Market and onchain data is fetched server-side from public APIs — CoinGecko, Alchemy, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, RugCheck, Helius, Etherscan, and GoPlus. Your wallet addresses are sent to these providers only to read public balances you explicitly scan. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell data. We run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the site.
AVATARS AND UPLOADS
Uploaded avatars are resized locally in your browser and stored in local storage. They are never uploaded to a server.
PARTNER LINKS
Some outbound links to trading venues and tools are affiliate links, marked with a REF tag. Clicking them may earn PNTHR a commission at no cost to you. They set their own cookies and are governed by their own policies.
